The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to major attractions and transport options. The service is exceptional, especially from the helpful staff member Joy, who goes above and beyond to assist guests with travel plans and recommendations. The location is highly praised for its proximity to key sites and easy access to public transportation. Overall, a solid choice for a stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located in a nice quiet area of the city and only a short walk to the hop on hop off bus stop. The rooms had everything I needed, but lacked hanging storage space. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The dining experience was good with gluten-free bread available, but could have been a little more varied. The location couldn't have been better, close to various tourist attractions and the Metro.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. The room, although coming with a cot and a great breakfast, had a really musty smell that persisted every time I returned. However, the building across from the hotel offered a complete change - luxurious with a separate shower area, a significant upgrade from the small cubicle in our room.

However, the dining experience was a bit chaotic due to the large number of guests, and the breakfast options were not as varied as expected.
The hotel is perfectly located adjacent to the Rosenberg Palace gardens and within walking distance of all the city center attractions. The cozy and spotless rooms were ideal for enjoying meals brought in for lunch and dinner, but they were a bit on the small side.
